customers with the finest workmanship in the Treasure Valley, while
keeping costs low.
Noah Carter began working in construction in 1971. He has a Bachelor’s
in Business Administration from Boise State University. He worked as a
Construction Manager in the Lakewood and River Run Developments before deciding to go out on his own.
Adam Carter began working for Noah in High School.
